Rodger has an uncommon breadth and depth of experience across multiple aspects of hospitality and tourism with 25 years’ experience as a company Chairman, 20 years of CEO, MD and Director experience.
Rodger is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and of the Australian Institute of Management who holds AICD Company Director’s Diploma, Advanced Diploma and completed the Chairman’s course. He studied competitive strategy under Michael E. Porter and online marketing under Siimon Reynolds at the Fortune Institute. Rodger commenced an MBA in Tourism Marketing, has a diploma in Food and Beverage Management and is a Graduate of the Hayles Hotel School. Rodger is an excellent strategic thinker and he combines this with a commercial and business focused approach to marketing and sales.
